Offline button missing outlook 2007

If you do not see the Work Offline command, do the following:

1. In the Navigation Pane (Navigation Pane: The column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes buttons for the Mail, Calendar, and Tasks views and the folders within each view. Click a folder to show the items in the folder.), right-click the Exchange Server e-mail account, and then click Properties for "Mailbox - ".

Note The Exchange Server account usually appears as Mailbox - .

2. Click Advanced.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Click Offline Folder File Settings.
5. Click Disable Offline Use.
6. Quit and restart Microsoft Outlook.

  1. Hi,
In outlook 2010 'Offline Folder File Settings' is not present.Either you can try this step:
On account settings the 'use exchanged cached mode' should be checked & restart outlook. If it does not fix, you may try the below steps:
RIght-click an ampty spot on the ribbon and choose "Customize the Ribbon". Expand "Send/Receive on the right hand side, then expand "Preferences". At the bottom of the right hand list you should see "Reset". Click that and choose one of the options. Alternatively, is "Work Offline" in the left hand list? If so, click and drag it to the right hand side where you'd like it to appear.
